TAKE ACTION FOR ADHD – Project Presentation

PeoTake Action For ADHD

Welcome to the Take Action for ADHD Project, coordinated by KRAP ASD:

Name: TAKE ACTION for ADHD – Explore how action sports can help youths with ADHD

Project n°: 101185015 – Erasmus+ Sport 2025 SSCP
Abstract: This project seeks to develop practices and methodologies for youths with ADHD, leveraging the rise in ADHD diagnoses and the popularity of freestyle sports like Parkour, BMX, Skateboarding, and MTB.
Collaborating with athletes who found some degree of control over ADHD through action sports, the project aims to create effective strategies for educators and pathways for young individuals with ADHD. The initiative extends to diverse freestyle sports and athletes, collecting their experiences for a documentary and research report. The goal is to provide valuable insights for educators and empower ADHD-affected youths to thrive through the untapped potential of these sports, and to apply the insights in an ADHD-friendly training program where to practice the afore-mentioned sport disciplines.
